All prices listed are in Euro currency and ex warehouse Vorwerk (Germany). Orders are mailed only after pre-payment.
Please examine your order carefully as soon as it arrives. We will only accept exchanges and returns of goods within 14 days of your receipt of the order. We reserve the right to rectify accidental pricing errors. All goods will remain the sole property of the Gildebrief until full payment is received. All prices are listed without added freight. Shipping and handling will be charged extra.
Shipping rates: A flat rate of Euro 10.90 worldwide applies up to a weight of 2 kilos! Parcels that exceed this weight will be charged the normal apliccable rate for your region. If you paid per Paypal, a Paypal request for the extra shipping will be sent. If you are paying per credit card, the extra shipping will be charged to your credit card. You will be advised when your order exceeds 2 kilos. This applies usually for wood/cork meal, books/magazines and molds. Please note that the same price applies from 2 kilos to 5 kilos, so if your order is heavy, it is worth taking advantage of the full 5 kilos weight.
South Africa is excluded from the flate rate shipping for packages under 2 kilos! shipments under 2 kilos to South Africa are no longer possible with a tracking number (since 01.01.2019). All shipments are € 44.50 up to 5 kilos.

IMPORTANT: At this time, GILDEBRIEF ships merchandise to international locations worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on our Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please note that your order confirmation does not contain the freight costs, since actual charges will be determined by the total weight of the shipment.
