Simply fantastic silk thread (yarn) with exceptional glow and outstanding quality! Sadly only limited stock - it is no longer made in this quality or these lovely colors. Wonderful for knitting and crochet, top stitching, embroidery and bead knitting or crochet. To thread beads onto the silk, thread the fine bead needle with out GILPOL thread # 180 or 200, tie a loop and then lay the silk thread into that loop. thread the beads onto the needle and they will pass without any problem over the knot of the GILPOL thread and onto the silk thread. Knitting needle size 0.50 mm to 0.75 mm. Weight (thread only, without spool) = 30 grams.
