I am out of the old red tape, so I can offer : red tapes dyed to match (same color - turned out really well) with patterned red fabric bag  and one with  off-white tapes  with plain ecru linen bag/basket - (bottom part of crinoline).

Materials:

. 6-7 meters x 12 mm wide vintage cotton hem tape

. 6 meters flexible steel stay, 3.8 mm (spf-38-10)- roll of 10 meters is in kit

. 10 cm x 90 cm medium-weight cotton fabric (for the bag/basket, the bottom part of the crinoline)

. 1 buckle with tongue, inside part about 12 mm wide (as used for wrist watches)

. 23 cm x 12 mm finest adhesive interfacing - waistband (vlies-nesch)
