The decorative panels are embroidered on the bias and are supplied with the scallops cut out. The panels are embroidered on a 35 x 140 cm piece of fine silk satin (see photo) with contrasting rayon thread, similar in appearance to fine silk and are for Dress-1 of Gildebrief Century Project # 7. The blue floral dress fabric SPC-012 has to be purchased separately. However, a complete kit for Dress-1 - GCP # 7 is available.
