All prices listed are in Euro currency and ex warehouse Vorwerk (Germany). Orders are mailed only after pre-payment by credit card. Please examine your order carefully as soon as it arrives. We will only accept exchanges and returns of goods within 14 days of your receipt of the order. We reserve the right to rectify accidental pricing errors. All goods will remain the sole property of the Gildebrief until full payment is received.

All prices are listed without added freight. Shipping and handling will be charged extra. More about freight charges you can find here: Shipping and Handling
 
Please note that your order confirmation does not contain the freight costs, since actual charges will be determined by the total weight of the shipment (except for back and sample copies of the Gildebrief which include postage). Minimum order € 20,00 We accept American Express (AMEX), Master Card and VISA. All charges are made in €uro!
